April 27, 2025 Yiwu Exhibition Trip: Women Can Hold Up Half the Sky

On April 15, 2025, the company's sales team had just finished their intense work at the Hong Kong trade show. Without a chance to rest, they immediately plunged into their next "battle"—the trade show in Yiwu, Zhejiang, on April 27.

Due to the approaching May Day holiday, the company was short on manpower, so they ultimately decided to send only two female sales representatives to accompany the boss and his wife to Yiwu for the trade show.

Thankfully, the recent Hong Kong trade show provided significant convenience for the trip to Yiwu. Many of the materials and samples needed for the exhibition could be simply packed and reused, saving considerable time and effort in preparing everything. Even so, the two female sales representatives meticulously checked and verified everything to ensure nothing was missing or damaged.

The journey to Yiwu was not easy. They chose the high-speed rail, a journey of over ten hours. Upon arrival, everyone was exhausted, but to set up their booth before the show began, they didn't even bother to rest and immediately headed to the trade show.

During the booth setup process, the two female sales representatives demonstrated their perseverance. Working alongside the owner and his wife, they meticulously handled every step, moving supplies, setting up the booth, and displaying exhibits.

Despite being physically exhausted, they maintained a positive attitude, encouraging each other, and striving to create the perfect booth. After considerable effort, the booth was finally set up within the allotted timeframe. The simple yet distinctive design stood out among the numerous other booths.

After the official opening of the exhibition, the venue was bustling with activity. Many international visitors from around the world visited the exhibition for business negotiations. The two female sales representatives, smiling and calmly handling customers of all colors and languages, handled them with ease.

Utilizing their solid professional knowledge and fluent English, they presented the company's products and services in detail to customers, patiently answering their questions. During their interactions, they carefully observed their needs and reactions, adjusting their focus and approach accordingly.

When encountering customers with special product requirements, they carefully noted them down and communicated with the owner and his wife, striving to provide the most satisfactory solutions. During the entire exhibition, the two women had virtually no downtime, constantly meeting and negotiating with clients at the booth. Sometimes, they even skipped meals to engage in in-depth conversations with a key client. But they never complained, always dedicating themselves to their work with unwavering enthusiasm.

While the final results weren't entirely ideal, some small gains were made. Through the exhibition, the company met new clients and expanded its business channels. They also gathered market feedback and industry information, providing insights for future product development and marketing.

Looking back on the Yiwu exhibition, while fraught with challenges and hardships, the two women experienced significant growth and development. Through their hard work and perseverance, they contributed significantly to the company's business development and gained valuable experience.

I believe that in their future endeavors, they will be more confident in tackling various challenges and achieving even greater success.
